Refund policy

We have a 15-day refund policy,which means you have 15 days after receiving the digital download to request a refund.

Valid Refund Reasons.

HallowFX will review refund requests based on the following:

1. The digital product was not able to be fulfilled within 24 hours of an email to info@hallowfx.com informing us of the issue.  If we are not able to provide a suitable means to download within this period, your order will be refunded.

HallowFX will at all times try and support you in a good digital experience.  If you have any challenges with receiving your download, please contact us at info@hallowfx.com.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
